In this fast-moving world characterised by constant change, HR transformation is not optional. Organisations have to overcome decades of legacy systems, siloed working, lack of agility, among other obstacles.

X Topic Abstract

You will create a much better employee experience framework if you are not married to just one solution. Design thinking, a very powerful tool in your arsenal prepares you for just about that, it is a way of thinking and working as well. Design thinking encourages organisations to focus on people they are creating for and leads to human centered products, services and processes. It is about mind set shifts or ways of asking questions differently, a new way to look at problems.

In this power packed session, not only will I introduce design thinking as a concept and as a tool to the audience albeit will take them through a journey of exploration of how they can use the tool to their advantage. We will explore cases of organizations like Cisco where they ended up crafting 105 new HR solutions while designing a new employee experience to EY, where we created learning personas to generate a whole new learning experience for our employees. As much as Design thinking is a fad these days, also beware of the FAANG effect and see how can this harm rather than benefit.

The session will provide you with a lot of food for thought and also give you a plethora of tools and tips to take back home and start thinking design and embedding design in everything that you do!
